Jan became apart of our family a few years ago. He was a very kind and loving man. His family was everthing to him and to him everyone he knew was considered apart of his family. Jan is very much missed by all those that he called family. He was a real man and a true friend. Friday night dinners won't be the same without you! I love you and miss you!

Jan became apart of our family a few years ago and every time I saw him he was always concerned about everyone else and never seemed to worried about the many trials he himself had to face. Jan was a strong man and his family was the most important thing to him. He wanted to make sure everyone was taken care of, he was one of the most selfless people I have ever met in my life. I greatly miss him and every Friday at dinner I just think about how he would ask me every week if I would change my mind and tell him the sex of my unborn child. Well Jan you got your wish you know before me. I love you and deeply miss you!

Dad took everyone he knew in under his wing and taught them as much as he could. He loved sharing stories and chatting with people. He loved his family the most. Since I was two years old Dad and I were inseparable. I do not have a single memory without him. His shoulder was always there for me to cry on and his hand was always there for a high five. Whenever I needed advice Dad was willing to give it to me, even at times when I didn't think I needed it. He raised me with high values and everyday they shine through. We had a lof of things in common but patience wasn't one of them. I can only hope to have half his patience with my own children. We are all better people for knowing him and he will never be forgotten. I love you Dad.

Jan always spoke and acted with kindness. He was truly genuine in all that he did and he was undoubtedy "one of a kind." He was a great husband, father, and friend and he will forever hold a special place in our hearts. We love you, Jan- more than words could ever say, and we feel very fortunate to have had you in our lives.

All our love,
The Bedford Family

I wish to extend my deepest condolences to the family. I know that he will be terribly missed. I pray that you are able to hold onto the memories until the time that you will see him again. Take comfort in the Word of the Lord, 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 NLT; 13 “And now, dear brothers and sisters, we want you to know what will happen to the believers who have died so you will not grieve like people who have no hope. 14 For since we believe that Jesus died and was raised to life again, we also believe that when Jesus returns, God will bring back with him the believers who have died. 15 We tell you this directly from the Lord: We who are still living when the Lord returns will not meet him ahead of those who have died. 16 For the Lord himself will come down from heaven with a commanding shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trumpet call of God. First, the Christians who have died will rise from their graves. 17 Then, together with them, we who are still alive and remain on the earth will be caught up in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. Then we will be with the Lord forever. 18 So encourage each other with these words.”

Fay and Family: My deepest heart felt sympathy and condolences goes out to all of you in the loss of Jan. He was a wonderful coworker and friend. He was a friend to everyone that he new. He called me "kid" and I will never forget his kindness and sweetness about him. He always talked about his family -- he loved each of you so much and his dogs too. May God Bless you all and keep you in his loving arms.
